Alan Fryrear, Chairman & CEO
Before founding WaterMark Group in 1995, Alan Fryrear spent a decade with NCR's Systemedia division and 20 years with Duplex Products. He has more than 30 years experience in the print communication industry, including custom ATM receipt printing, supplies, and bank-forms management programs.

Tom Harper, President
Tom Harper is the founding publisher of ATMmagazine.com, co-founder of the ATM Industry Association, and the association's current president. He left a career in radio advertising sales to join WaterMark Group in 1996, leading the ATM supply division of the firm, before shifting his focus to the online world. In 2000 Harper co-founded NetWorld Alliance. In 2002 he co-founded Church Central. He is the author of Leading from the Lions' Den: Leadership Principles from Every Book of the Bible (B&H).

Joseph Grove, Senior VP & Executive Editor
Joseph Grove has more than two decades experience as a writer, editor and publisher. His background includes film criticism, editing Kentucky’s largest alternative newsweekly, and serving on the staff of one of the largest faith-based newpapers in the United States. In 2001, he raised more than $5 million to launch a chain of newsweeklies dedicated to local crime news and information in cities that included Los Angeles, Cincinnati and Louisville, Ky. He is a six-time winner of first-place awards from the Society of Professional Journalists for his criticism, commentary and feature writing.

Dan Scofield, Senior VP of Operations & Development
Dan Scofield has more than 18 years of online and offline direct marketing experience. Scofield’s background includes audience development, lead generation and fulfillment, email/newsletter list building and management, paid products promotions and ecommerce, search engine optimization and interactive behavioral targeting.

Kathy Doyle, Senior VP of Sales & Marketing
As the former Group Publisher of Purchasing, Semiconductor International, and Industrial Distribution magazines and websites at Reed Business Information, Doyle brings 20-plus years of print and online media experience to this position. Her background spans marketing, sales, communications and content distribution for a wide range of diverse audiences, connecting buyers and sellers in more than 10 vertical markets on a global spectrum. Previously, she held corporate communications, business management and brand marketing roles at Cahners Publishing and International Data Group. 
Jeff Cummins, VP of Finance & Accounting
Jeff Cummins manages finance and accounting as well as bank and investor relations for Networld Alliance, Church Central Associates and the NWA corporate headquarters building. Cummins spent five years working with start-up companies in web content production and online real estate lead generation prior to joining Networld Alliance. He also spent eight years as an applications engineer selling industrial capital equipment.

Derek Minor, VP of Site Development
Derek Minor supervises all projects related to the development of Networld Alliance's various Web sites. Prior to joining Networld Alliance in 2001, Minor was a marketing technology specialist with Madison, Ind.-based Grote Industries, a manufacturer of vehicle safety systems. Minor designed Grote's first Web site, which launched in 1998 and went on to win numerous industry awards.

Sandy Prendergast, VP of Personnel & Administration
Sandy Prendergast manages the overall operation of the NetWorld Alliance corporate office and is in charge of handling personnel-related issues such as benefits and payroll. Prior to joining NetWorld Alliance, Prendergast spent 20 years with Un-I-Med Inc., an orthopedic softgood manufacturing facility in Louisville, Ky., where she started as an administrative assistant and worked her way up to general manager.

John Renner, VP of Audience Development
John Renner is responsible for marketing initiatives aimed at increasing ad revenue and readership for NetWorld Alliance's various media properties. Before joining NetWorld Alliance, Renner spent a year as Director of Internet Marketing for a Web design firm in Louisville, Ky. Renner also spent nine years in sales and marketing with third-party logistics firm Computrex Logistics.

David Drain, Senior VP & Executive Director
Before joining NetWorld Alliance, David Drain spent 13 years with FSA Group of Louisville, managing Foodservice Consultants Society International. He served as vice president of FSA's Industry Clients Group and executive director of FCSI, an 1100-member association with both domestic and international chapters. That organization grew substantially during Drain's tenure. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Drain serves as executive director of the Digital Screenmedia Association.
